Acceptance of Terms

This document constitutes a legally binding handshake between you (The Client) and AURA Services Hub (The Agency). Engaging our services or establishing a project via this Hub confirms your full acceptance of these terms.

Payment Policy

All solution acquisitions are processed in **USD**. To ensure expert availability, 100% upfront payment is required to initiate execution of any service plan or add-on.

Delivery & Revisions

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during the acquisition phase. While we strive for absolute punctuality, technical delays beyond our control do not constitute a breach. Every project includes a specific revision window as defined in the chosen plan.

Refund & Cancellation

AURA operates a high-fidelity execution model. Refunds are **only eligible** if the cancellation request is verified *before* any technical work or administrative filing has commenced. Once engineering has been initiated, fees are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate documentation and clear project specifications. Delays in providing necessary input will naturally extend the delivery window.

Limitation of Liability

AURA Services Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our solutions.
